this was an excellent session. Val's knowledge and skills were evident throughout the session. she calmly and expertly dealt with all the queries submitted during the session regarding anger challenges for age groups from toddlers to teenagers. i would highly recommend Val as a Masterclass facilitator. Excellent session - Val was able to reframe the problem, and the information given helped de-stress the relevant situations. The glitches in the transmission were not distracting to me - it was worth not having to go out! And it actually probably helped me to have small breaks to absorb the information.
