I suffer from anxiety since more than 2 years and had counselling during that time, but I moved to the UK and after a few time, my anxiety suddently started to increase, being really distressed. I decided I needed some help to cope with it and Utsa was really helpful accepting me very quickly. During the first two sessions with her I decreased dramatically my panic attacks and she gave me some different techniques which became really helpful. I am still anxious but after each session I notice that my anxiety is reducing and working in the way Utsa advice me, I could overcome it.
