At long last, coaching is now available to everyone, wherever you live in the world! On line coaching is simple and effective, and means that the client can now select a coach to match their needs, and obtain coaching immediately without having to travel miles, or wait for weeks for an appointment. I found the entire on line process very simple and easy to manage, and the session was very successful, however I would recommend an hour session rather than a 30 minutes session for the coaching to be 100% effective. Why I chose to join Mentaline
I first became interested in Mentaline when I heard about its potential, ability and resourcefulness in bringing together those who are looking for support and those providing it. Though the internet is a great resource one of the hardest areas people might have to face is how to find a safe and reliable therapist or coach who can offer them the right help and support for their individual issues and concerns. As a telephone counsellor one of the hardest tasks I have had to face is making my therapeutic practice known to potential clients nationwide.

Having been in the personal and business development business for more than 20 years, this is the first time I’ve come across an organization which is there to bring together both the professional, in the coaching and therapy industry, and the client to conduct face-to-face sessions with highly qualified coaches and therapist. Brilliant!

Although it was a little scary to begin with, my first session went really well!
I am used to dealing with clients face to face in my therapy room, so it was an usual experience to have a session over skype. A couple of the key differences to adjust to were building rapport and note taking, which are all easy to do face to face, but require a different approach over skype. The timer at the bottom of the screen is really helpful as it enables you to keep a track of time, the session ran in exactly the same way as I would run a face to face session, neither time zones, nor logistics were a problem! I then used the notes page to record details of the session, so that the information is easily to hand when I speak to the client again. Having done it once, I’ll feel more confident with the process next time!
The staff at mentaline are fantastic! Really helpful and patient when giving advice about finding your way around the system.
