Steve has been the Director of Taylor Made Solutions since September 2006, after leading Europe's largest outdoor education and training centre in the heart of the Lake District.
He attended Imperial College at the University of London before becoming a teacher. With an honour's degree in science and a post graduate qualification in education, Steve has worked in primary, secondary and tertiary education before undertaking a master's degree in people management.
Working in a commercial, public and third training environment Steve brings business skills to companies around the world. With a passion for leadership and one to one coaching, Steve has the ability to facilitate challenging business situations to enable fruitful business solutions.
Also working in wilderness environments with business leaders he has facilitated life changing conversations that have impacted the business world.
He splits his work between teaching at master’s level, coaching and working with teams and organisations.
He was Chair of the European Outdoor Training Network from 2003 to 2007
Steve is a qualified coach and a member of the International Coach Federation and is licensed to deliver the MBTI instrument

4. Coaching and Mentoring
Mentoring provides the opportunity for someone to walk with you through the difficult times as well as help you make the most out of your opportunities. Your critical friend will help put life in your control.
Executive and performance coaching helps you find the solutions you need to make life and work productive.
Typically this will involve face to face and telephone facilitation and can include residential "get away" facilitated learning ranging from luxury accommodation to a night in a cave and everything in between.
