More About Affirmations

Posted on Oct 20, 2011 by Sara Moncrieff

Some affirmations to try. .

Yesterday I wrote about using affirmations when I feel fragile. This is not the first time I have talked about using an affirmation as a security blanket.

When life isn’t panning out quite as you hoped using positive affirmations to keep faith in yourself is a great way to cope.

If you are having a hard time in a relationship you could try the following affirmation, or of course you can tweek it to fit your circumstances a little better.

  • All my relationships are loving and harmonious

Or maybe

  • I know that I deserve Love and accept it now

Money and finances are worrying most people at the moment, try this affirmation.

  • I prosper wherever I turn and I know that I deserve prosperity of all kinds

If you have a problem with low self-esteem try:

  • Loving myself heals my life. I nourish my mind, body and soul

If you create your own affirmation remember to keep it in the present tense, keep it positive and keep it short.
