Some affirmations to try. .
Yesterday I wrote about using affirmations when I feel fragile. This is not the first time I have talked about using an affirmation as a security blanket.
When life isn’t panning out quite as you hoped using positive affirmations to keep faith in yourself is a great way to cope.

Scientists have identified three kinds of tears, basal tears- which provide lubrication, reflex tears- which are produced in response to irritation and emotional tears. Tears cried because you are feeling emotional have a different and higher composition of chemicals and include ACTH – an adrenal stress hormone.
