Following a professional business career, Sally Vanson trained extensively as a coach in the United States and the UK. She is a qualified Counsellor, NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, NLP Health Practitioner and Coach. She has a Master’s degree from University of Portsmouth and is just completing her Doctorate which researches into identity issues. She is also qualified to Level B in the use of psychometric questionnaires. Sally is a member of the International Coach Federation and sits on their global Research and Regulatory Committees. She is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the Association for Coaching and in 2006 and again in 2010 was nominated for the Awards of most Influential and most Impactful Coach. When not coaching, Sally trains and supervises other coaches and directs a Masters degree programme in Coaching, mentoring and Supervision at Kingston University.
Sally is valued for her innovative , practical and creative approach approach to the chaos and complexity of daily life. Her passion for positive and congruent solution finding is one of the reasons that professional coaches choose to be trained and supervised by her. She is extremely confidential, abides by the ethics of the professional associations and provides a safe yet challenging space for clients to resolve problems and find new ways of working and/or being. Sally believes in ‘giving back’ to society and does pro-bono work as Chair of New Highway Drugs Advisory Service and also spends time working with the ghetto children in Romania.
