What is Counselling? What can I expect from it?

- However in overall, it doesn’t have to do with giving specific pieces of advice, although some situations require positive guidance, as for example, toward further education and training - by means of information.
- The end result of counselling is leaving you better equipped to cope with the present and future and accept your past.
