Forgiveness is often seen as a benefit for the forgiven. What is not always so clear in the angst-ridden mind of the would-be forgiver, is how forgiveness benefits them too. Holding onto bad feelings causes stress, illness and pain, but how to go about forgiving when you really don't feel like it?
