About John Creagh

www.mentaline.com/johncreagh/

I have successfully provided one to one counselling to men and women, through both short and long term therapy.

Services

Counselling, one of the talking therapies, offers people an opportunity to explore their lives and relationships in depth, and then to find new ways of living, more freedom of choice where desired.

We sometimes experience feelings and situations which we are unable to share with friends or family, but which we need to talk about in complete confidentiality. Your counsellor is prepared to provide you with a safe and confidential space, away from daily life, to do so. The counsellor neither judges nor advises you, but supports your autonomy. Counselling can, over time, enable you to experience relief, make life changes, and to be reconciled with things that cannot be changed.

I work flexibly, according to an individual’s needs, based on the psychodynamic model of counselling, with a good working alliance between counsellor and therapist.
