Isolde Norris has had a career to-date that spans 20 years in both large and small organisations. Specific corporate experience includes over 12 years in a large IT multinational, where she held positions ranging from project manager, first-line supervisor and Senior Manager. She has managed departmental teams including a geographically dispersed programme management department, functional and cross-functional departments and large cross-functional project teams and task forces.
During her time working as a Senior Manager, she developed a keen interest in organisational development. She designed and implemented successful culture change programmes resulting in improved employee morale, new ways of working and significant increases in performance.
Isolde's interest lies in growing and developing individuals to allow them to reach their true potential, through increased awareness of themselves, others and their relationships. Isolde is an advocate of psychological mindedness as an approach to coaching and uses this to coach clients to secure lasting change and improved performance.
Isolde has a BA in English and Economics from UCD, and an MBA and professional Diploma in Management from the Open University. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching and an Advanced Diploma in the Psychology of Business and Executive Coaching from the UCD Smurfit Business School.
Isolde is certified in PRINCE2. She holds a BPS certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing, Level A and B and is a certified Bar-On EQi Emotional Intelligence assessor.
