After 23 years working within the Public Sector I decided to awaken my own potential and combine running my own business with spending every day fulfilling my dream of supporting others to be the best that they can be.
Combining my personal development, leadership, communication and coaching skills I deliver an excellent service to my customers whether it be in 1:1 Coaching, Team Coaching, facilitating workshops or delivering training. Additionally I am a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and as a member of the Professional Guild of NLP my ethos is to deliver high quality coaching with integrity to enable you to achieve your full potential.
