I have spent most of my working life providing support to both individuals and organisations. Within business I have delivered leadership development and executive coaching programmes for not-for-profit and Fortune 100 companies in the UK, USA and Australia. I was awarded my PhD for research into learning and attention processes, and have published many articles on coaching and psychoanalysis. Relevant to the Mentaline approach, I published an early paper in 2004 on Web/Internet based Coaching - in the British Psychology Journal.
Major area of business coaching is in supporting on-boarding of executives when they take up roles in new organisations or after restructuring/mergers.. (website at NewHireCoaching.com)
