My name is Dominique Dock and walking is my passion.
When I was managing a Mountain-Hut in the Jura (Switzerland-France ) in the 90’s, I decided to become professional with my passion, and became a European Mountain Leader.
Besides my role as a Physician in my Medical Practice in London (UK), I give information and tips to help you organise your own events and treks, like how to read a map, how to pack a back-pack, and most importantly how to prepare yourself physically and mentally, in order for you to fully enjoy what the mountains can make you discover about
