We advice you to start out by having a Free Pre-Session with the coach/therapist you consider choosing for a full session. During the Free Pre-Session you will have time to find out if you feel safe talking to the coach/therapist. You can also talk about how you best proceed and what kind of help is best for you.
After you have entered name e-mail and chosen the preferred method of contact the coach/therapist will contact you. The Free Pre-Session can start within 15 minutes if the selected coach/therapist is available at the moment.
