David Bredin
Coach, Mediator, Facilitator and Coach Supervisor
David works predominantly, on a one-to-one basis with key decision makers in business and professional individuals to help them maximize their performance in the workplace and/or their private lives. He walks his clients through the process of tackling, head-on the interferences that limit performance, particularly with regard to interpersonal skills. He believes it is almost always possible to increase an individual's effectiveness and, by default that of the team or organization using this method.
David is an Accredited Coach of the Association for Coaching and a Certified MasterMind Executive Coach of the Rescue Institute (USA). He is also a qualified Coaching Supervisor; in this role he is part of the process to ensure that coaches themselves maintain the quality, standards and ethics of the profession.
He runs, on behalf of the Association for Coaching a monthly forum for coaches in the East of England to meet and practice their craft in a safe environment.
David is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personal Development and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute. He is qualified to conduct a series of psychometric assessments including ILM72 (Leadership), MTQ48 (Mental Toughness) and Clarity4D (Personality) and is on the UK Register of Learning Providers.
David is married with three grown-up sons and, as part of his contribution to UK Society he gives his services free as a Magistrate within the County of Cambridgeshire in England.
