I use relaxation and NLP techniques to enable my clients to achieve their goals, and to eliminate unwanted patterns of behaviour.
I have had a keen interest in hypnosis for the last 25 years, and have used hypnosis for a variety of conditions. My niece who lives with me has epilepsy, she has had grand and petit mal seizures for much of her life, I have used hypnotherapy successfully to help her deal with the unwanted anxiety that is left after seizures. Current research supports the use of hypnosis for an enormously wide range of conditions. I will be posting links for more information on the latest research in the next few months.
I approach my work in a way that gives the client a non threatening, warm and friendly environment to relax in, and that forms the basis to allow them to "re-image" certain situations or conditions in their life, and thus gives the client a method, or framework, to review their present circumstances, make changes, and move on.
